Manual override / Suspend calculations

There are times, when it is necessary to override the automatic EPF, SOCSO and PCB calculations. This can be due to special circumstances or to enter data from previous month calculations that were done manually.

To do this Edit and Click on the “Suspend Calc” Check box and Save. 

When “Suspend Calc”, the software will suspend all automatic calculations for EPF, SOCSO, PCB and EIS.  Edit whatever fields you need and click “Calc Payslip” again. This will update the gross pay and net pay.
